Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in the original Kickers shoebox and secure it within a protective shipping mailer or box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your refund status.
